Today we will be sending home a from from the school district regarding parent permission for our Spring Trail Student Directory and Yearbook. Please review the form and mark yes if you would like your student's information in our directory and yearbook. A response of no means that your child will not appear in the Spring Trail Yearbook or Student Directory.
Please call or email if you have any questions. The permission form is due to your student's teacher by October 12th. The form will also be available on the Spring Trail School Website.
